Bone Marrow Niche on Chip
We engineer miniaturized bone marrow niches that recapitulate the perivascular and endosteal microenvironments using mesenchymal stromal cells, endothelial cells, and hematopoietic stem cells in 3D hydrogel scaffolds. These platforms support long-term hematopoiesis and enable the study of stem cell self-renewal, lineage commitment, and the effects of cytotoxic drugs on blood cell production.
